With the summer heat approaching, popular hot pot restaurant "Nabe Urawa" is excited to introduce its new promotional theme, "Thai Happi," combining "Thai flavors" with "pistachio" for a “happy” feast. Starting July 23, a variety of classic Thai dishes and pistachio desserts will be offered, showcasing the unique charm of Thai cuisine. Featured dishes include rich Thai boat noodle soup base, refreshing Thai raw shrimp, spicy Thai hot and sour beef thick soup, and flavorful green curry chicken, adding a Thai twist to your hot pot experience.

The essence of hot pot lies in its broth. Nabe Urawa's chef team have carefully crafted a "Thai boat noodle soup" thematic soup base, simmered for hours with chicken, beef, and pork bones, and infused with various authentic Thai spices. The result is a rich, sweet-and-sour flavor that enhances the enjoyment of dipping beef. Additionally, Nabe Urawa has introduced the beloved MAMA instant noodles and Thai glass noodles, allowing diners to cook on their own, perfectly complementing the hearty broth.

In the self-service zone, we offer three refreshing appetizers: okra salad, shiso scallop engawa, and tom yum squid fins. The tom yum squid fins are particularly recommended for their tangy and spicy flavor and tender texture. Hot dishes include deep-fried cuttlefish cakes, Thai-style braised pork knuckles, Thai-style minced pork fried rice, green curry chicken, and massaman curry beef brisket, each unique and worth trying!

When it comes to Thai flavors, we can't forget durian. In season now, Nabe Urawa caters to durian lovers with a range of durian desserts, including durian ice lolly, durian Basque cheesecake, durian egg tarts, etc. With the rising popularity of pistachios in Hong Kong, Nabe Urawa has also incorporated pistachio elements like pistachio cream puffs, pistachio cheese tarts, and pistachio milk ice cream, adding new flavors to the dessert menu. The dessert freezer also features Thai milk tea panna cotta with jelly balls, with rich Thai milk tea flavor and a smooth, icy texture paired with chewy bubbles, perfect for cooling off in the summer heat.

During the "Thai Happi" promotional period, customers who order main menu Level 2 or above all-you-can-eat course can enjoy unlimited durian ice lolly made with high-quality Malaysian durian flesh, which is creamy and sweet. Those who choose the Level 4 or above course can also enjoy unlimited Thai raw shrimp and D24 durian mochi ice. The raw shrimp is fresh and sweet, paired with Thai dipping sauce, making it irresistible. The D24 durian mochi ice features smooth Malaysian D24 durian flesh in a mini ice cone, delivering rich durian flavor with a crispy texture, paired with a chewy durian mochi ice for a delightful combination. Customers opting for Level 5 course can upgrade to Musang King durian mochi ice, boasting an even more intense durian flavor—definitely a must-try for durian enthusiasts.
