This time, the chef team has blended Hong Kong elements with Taiwanese hot pot, allowing you to enjoy Taiwanese flavors while experiencing the charm of Hong Kong. From the signature Hong Kong-style broth featuring coriander, century egg, and pork bones, to classic street snacks like "Faux Shark's Fin Soup," and the delicious salt and pepper pork chop, each dish will evoke sweet memories of Hong Kong.
The promotional menu is rich and varied, immersing you in Hong Kong flavors within the realm of Taiwanese hot pot. First up is the "Coriander, Century Egg and Pork Bone Broth," a favorite among locals for its rich aroma and taste, making it one of the most popular hot pot bases. For hot pot ingredients, the chef team has specially selected authentic black beef tripe and conch slices, paired with curry-stuffed fish balls for an enhanced texture experience.
