In response to the enthusiastic support and inquiries from many guests, Azure 80 sincerely announces a special second session, inviting those with discerning tastes to experience the extraordinary encounter of Shanghai and Sichuan cuisine paired with Burgundy’s fine wines.

Azure 80 is situated by Victoria Harbour, offering a stunning 270-degree view alongside a stylish and elegant ambiance, perfectly complementing a high-end wine and dine experience. Executive Chef Andy Lau and his dedicated team have meticulously crafted a menu that combines classic Shanghai and Sichuan elements, interpreting traditional Eastern cuisine with modern creativity and finesse. Each dish is tailored to pair exquisitely with Domaine Chanson’s terroir-driven wines, creating a unique dialogue for the palate.

Originating from Burgundy, the legendary Domaine Chanson winery has been dedicated to producing delicate and elegant wines since its founding in 1750, boasting exclusive premier cru vineyards and rare vintage selections. For this exclusive event, Derek Li, Advanced Sommelier of the Court of Master Sommelier, will personally attend to share the winery’s stories and insights on wine pairing with guests.
